ORDER

Orders are accepted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for the countries indicated in the site header (Poland, Germany)

1. Orders are accepted on the site in ON-LINE mode

• select the required product and its quantity;
• click on the "Add to Cart" button;
• if necessary, repeat the same steps with other product positions;
• When a product is selected, click on the "Cart" which is located in the upper right corner of the page to start the checkout;
• enter your details, select a shipping and payment method, confirm the order;
• if necessary, after registration, our employee will contact you and clarify the details of the order.

 

PAYMENT FOR GOODS

 

1. (Cash on delivery) You can pay for the order in cash on delivery
2. (Online with a bank card) on the checkout page by details
3. (Cashless) for legal entities and individual entrepreneurs.

 

DELIVERY METHOD

 

Delivery within Poland:

• Delivery in the area by courier – --
• If the order amount is more than -- – free.

Delivery within Poland and Europe:

• Delivery by courier Inpost and DPD at the rates of the company.

 

Delivery of orders in Germany is carried out using the DPD postal service.

 

Delivery of orders in Poland is carried out using the postal service Inpost.

 

A huge request to all buyers! If some kind of emergency situation occurs upon receipt of the order: a delay in receipt due to your fault, the goods are not issued due to an error in filling in the data, the goods are damaged during shipment or other reasons why it is not possible to pick up the order or you refused to pick up the goods - please, let us know about it by phone or through the feedback form on the website in the "Contacts" section.

 

 

Delivery of the order, as well as sending the order by postal service, is carried out on the next business day after placing the order.

 

 

Other delivery options are also possible, negotiated separately with the manager.
